Active Principle: The drogel of glycerin.

Directions: D sterile ressing for the treatment of skin wounds of surgical origin, traumatic (eg. Burns, avulsions) and autotraumatica (eg. Of continuous solutions to scratching).

Posology: E strarre the dressing from the envelope and remove the transparent film. Apply on the previously cleaned wound, so that the gel is in direct contact with the skin and exceeds the edges of the wound by at least 1 cm on each side. Secure with plaster or elastic bandage. Check the wound daily by lifting a corner of the dressing until the area to be inspected is fully visible. Replace the dressing when saturated with exudate (once a day for very exudative wounds; every 3-7 days for dry wounds).
